Our research addresses the history and theory of children's literature, picturebooks and visual narratives, reading, literacy and education, environmental humanities, identity, gender and social representation, as well as the relations between texts, images, materiality, space and imagination.
Through these interconnected perspectives, LETIN UNIPD contributes to the advancement of children's literature studies at both national and international level and to wider debates on reading, education, visual culture, and the cultural meanings of childhood.
