
Giorgia Grilli
Giorgia Grilli teaches Children’s Literature at the University of Bologna. She co-founded the Centre of Research in Children’s Literature (CRLI) by the Department of Education. She has organized many international conferences on Children’s Literature, often in collaboration with Bologna Children’s Book Fair. In 2015 the Children’s Literature Association awarded her the ‘Distinguished Scholar’ Grant. Her books include Myth, Symbol and Meaning in Mary Poppins (Routledge, 2006), Non-fiction Picturebooks. Sharing Knowledge as an Aesthetic Experience (ETS, 2020).
