Eva Nordlinder is a senior lecturer in Comparative Literature and Literature in Education at Mid Sweden University, specializing in children’s literature. After her dissertation 1991 on literary fairy tales, she worked at The Swedish Institute for Children’s Books in Stockholm, and as editor of the scholarly journal Barnboken (Children’s literature). She has designed numerous reading projects at different levels (from pre school to high school) and now teaches children’s literature, mainly to students preparing to be teachers. Her research field is children’s literary preferences, girl’s books and picturebooks.
