Corina Laasch, is a member of the Research Group LETIN UNIPD (University of Padua) and currently involved in the national research project BIBI – Educational Intervention Program for Gender Awareness through Biographies and Biofictions for Young Readers, which explores the potential of biographical narratives to foster gender equality and inclusion in educational contexts.

She is tutor of the Advanced Training Course Reading and Literature for Children and Adolescents (0–18 years) of the University of Padua and carries out training and workshops on children’s literature for teachers, educators and students.

Her research interest combines her pedagogical heart and children’s literature passion. It focuses on reading as strategy to inclusion and empowerment in different educational and social contexts and its impact on people in situations of social vulnerability.
